- Service has not yet been activated or delivered
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Services already activated or used
- Cancellation requests after 24 hours
- Plan change or downgrade mid-subscription
Refund Process
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
